| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed as follows: pIVNA was opened in the PvuI site (in the pBR322 sequence, at the 5' site of the IVNA gene) and treated with Bal31 exonuclease; then HindIII linkers were added. After cutting with HindIII, the HindIII flanked IVNA gene was inserted in the unique HindIII site of pPLa2311FdT1. The orientation of the inserted gene is unknown. The length and the sequence between the start codon of IVNA and the preceding, ligated HindIII site are also unknown. Other name of the plasmid is pPLaNAV125. |
