| Further information: | pPLc436MIL2 is an expression plasmid, designed for expression of mature mouse IL2. There is a correct fusion between the mature mouse IL2 sequence and the ATG codon and the phage Mu ner protein gene Shine-Dalgarno region supplied by pGB299. The complete coding sequence of the tetracycline resistance gene is present, but its expression was not experimentally verified. The nucleotide sequence of the mouse IL2 DNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number X01772.1. The nucleotide sequence of the phage Mu ner protein 5' UTR corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number X01586.1. Other name of the plasmid is pPLc299MIL21. |
