Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by PCR amplifying the human MALT1 coding sequence, introducing an N-terminal VSV tag, and cloning it into the XhoI/SpeI opened pPpT4alpha-His vector. The plasmid expresses the minimal paracaspase domain of human MALT1, in frame of the S. cerevisiae ppMF, wich means that Pichia induced by methanol will secrete the protein construct. The expressed protein can be purification via the C-terminal His-tag. The N-terminal VSV tag allows verification that the purified product is intact. The nucleotide sequence of the human MALT1 coding sequence corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AF130356.2. Other name of the plasmid is pPpT4alpha-VSV-MALT1C-His. |
