| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by inserting E6Hf1 as a HindIII-SalI fragment of pSV23E6Hf1 into the unique HindIII and SalI sites of pSV23S. This plasmid is similar to pSV23SE6H, exept for the cloned gene. The plasmid is used for the expression of the truncated heavy chain of the Fab fragment E6F1 (E6Hf1) of the mouse anti-hPLAP monoclonal antibody E6(IgG2b,κ). The translation terminates at the beginning of the hinge region. pSV23SE6Hf1 contains the SV40 small t antigen splicing signal. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727610.1. |
