Further information: | pSV25ShTNFR75m3 was derived from pSV25S-HTNFR75 by removal of the sequence between two SacI restriction sites present in the cytoplasmic domain (intracellular part) of the human TNF receptor p75 coding sequence. This resulted in the loss of 42 codons (Δ304-345). The plasmid contains the SV40 small t-antigen splicing signal. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727187.1. The nucleotide sequence of the hTNFR75 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database (Release 37; Accession number S63368) completed with the 5' UTR, the signal sequence and the initial 15 codons of the mature hTNFR75 gene obtained from the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database (Release 42; Accession number M32315). However, the hTNFR75 coding sequence contains one silent mutation (W. Lesslauer: personal communication). |
