| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by inserting the XbaI fragment from pCDM8hFasR, containing the human Fas antigen/receptor cDNA (hFasR) into the unique XbaI site of pSV53. The orientation of the hFasR cDNA is sense relative to the SV40 late promoter. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727470.1. The nucleotide sequence of the hFasR cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database (Release 29; Accession number M67454). Other names of the plasmid are pSV53ShFasR and pSVLFAS. |
