Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by in vivo recombination of natural plasmids. This plasmid provides one f the very first heterologous gene complementations carried out by the transposing prophage Mu3A (mini-Mu). The plasmid provides complementation of leucin auxotrophy based on the LEU gene of Klebsiella pneumoniae PC27. The plasmid belongs to the IncP/P-1 incompatibility family. The plasmid contains the prophage Mu3A (mini-Mu). |
