Further information: This Gateway Expression plasmid was constructed by cloning the N-terminal C. elegans CYLD fragment from pENTR221-CeCYD-1-274 into the pVSV-N-GW vector via Gateway LR recombination.
The plasmid contains an N-terminal fragment of the C. elegans CYLD coding sequence, consisting of codons 1 up to and including 274.
Expression tests revealed a much shorter protein than expected, which is probably due to incomplete splicing.
The nucleotide sequence of the C. elegans CYLD coding sequence corresponds with the Genbank accession number NM_001268116.1.
