| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by cloning the T. rubrum TERG_06399 coding sequence into the pYES2 yeast expression vector. The plasmid contains the GAL1 promoter for inducible expression of genes by galactose and repression by glucose. The T. rubrum TERG_06399 coding sequence shows close homology to the A. fumigatus MDR3 coding sequence. The plasmid pYES2-TERG_06399 is also available in Saccharomyces cerevisiae under accession number LMBP 12084. The nucleotide sequence of the T. rubrum TERG_06399 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number MK787257.1. Other name of the plasmid is pYES2_TERG_06399. |
