Parental clone: pcDNA3.1-F-HLH-Ig2-VSV-MALT1C-EARmut-HA; pCD-MK
Further information: The plasmid was constructed by PCR amplifying a C-terminal fragment of the human MALT1 coding sequence from pCD-MK and cloning it into the EcoRV/EcoRI opened pCDNA3-F-HLH-Ig2-VSV-MALT1C-EARmut-HA vector.
The C-terminal fragment of human MALT1 is fused to the VSV-G epitope, the immunoglobulin-like domain Ig2 of human MALT1, the HLH dimerization domain and the FLAG epitope at its N-terminus and to the HA epitope at its C-terminus.
The plasmid contains the ETV6 helix-loop-helix domain (HLH) which is a dimerization domain.
The immunoglobulin-like domain Ig2 of hMALT1 contributes to the oligomerization of the caspase-like domain and helps with the correct dimerization.
Other name of the plasmid is pCDNA3-F-HLH-Ig2-VSV-MALT1C-WT-HA.
