| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by cloning the human CNOT6 coding sequence into the BamHI/EcoRV opened pcDNA3-FLAG vector and inactivating the active site via site directed mutation (E240A). A hybrid coding sequence was created via overlap PCR, fusing the leucine-rich region of the yeast CNOT6 coding sequence (codons 302-453) to the human CNOT6 coding sequence (codons 148-557). Other name of the plasmid is FLAG-CNOT6. |
