Further information: The plasmid was constructed by introducing a Q536L mutation into the mouse DNp63a coding sequence of pcDNA3-myc-mDNp63a.
Amino acid numbering is based on known mutations of the human p63 gene. Therefore the numbering of the mutation does not correspond with the amino acid position in the mouse homologues.
The nucleotide sequence of the wild type mouse DNp63a coding sequence corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AF075439.1.
Other name of the plasmid is pcDNA3-myc-mDNp63aG536L.
EMBL Accession number: AF075439.1, view at EMBL, GenBank, DDBJ
