Further information: The plasmid was constructed by cloning the His-tagged human IKBKG coding sequence, fused to two human Ub coding sequences, into the pcDNA3.1-Flag vector.
Two human Ub coding sequences are fused to the C-terminus of the human IKBKG coding sequence. In the second Ub coding sequence, the two glycines are exchanged for valines to prevent conjugation.
The Ub-GG-Ub complex might be recognised by DUB, causing it to be cleaved in cells, however the efficiency of this cleavage is unknown.
Other name of the plasmid is pcDNA3.1 FLAG-His6-NEMO-ub2.
