Further information: The plasmid was constructed by cloning the last 100 codons downstream of the Ig3 domain of human MALT1 into the pcDNA3.1-Flag-hMALT1-N vector, downstream of the human MALT1 N-terminal fragment.
The plasmid encodes a human MALT1 coding sequence that lacks the caspase-like and Ig3 domains.
This construct is useful for mapping of putative protein modifications and interactions at the minimal protease domain.
The nucleotide sequence of the human MALT1 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AF130356.2.
Other name of the plasmid is pCDNA3-F-hMALT1- deltaPCASP-Ig3.
