Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by cloning the mouse Ripk1 coding sequence, lacking the intermediate domain, into the pDEST-LZRS-ires-eGFP vector. This retroviral Gateway expression vector carries the EBNA1 gene which is a trans-acting factor that allows episomal maintenance of oriP-bearing plasmids. It is the only virally encoded protein necessary for plasmid maintenance. The nucleotide sequence of the mouse Ripk1 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number BC058162.1. |
