| Further information: | This Gateway Expression plasmid was constructed by cloning the mouse Pcdh19 coding sequence from pENTR3C-mPcdh19-EC-HA into the pDEST12.2 vector via Gateway LR recombination. The mouse Pcdh19 fragment was elongated with 5' part of the human PCDH19 coding sequence, resulting in one different amino acid. The coding sequence also contains two nucleotide polymorphisms, which do not result in an amino acid change. The plasmid encodes a dominant negative form of mouse Pcdh19, consisting of the extracellular cadherin (EC) domains. Other name of the plasmid is pdest12.2 mPcdh19-ECdomainHA cl 19.4. |
