Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by isolating the FLAG-tagged human MALT1 coding sequence from pCD-F-MALT1-C as a PmeI fragment and ligating it into the EcoRV opened pEF6-FKBP-MCS vector. The plasmid contains a C-terminal fragment of the human MALT1 coding sequence. The fusion protein can be dimerized upon AP1510 (synthetic analogue of FK1012 ligand) administration. The nucleotide sequence of the human MALT1 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AF130356.2. |
