Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by cloning a human/pig hybrid NFKBIA CDS into the pEGFP-C1 vector. The human/pig hybrid NFKBIA CDS was obtained by fusing the N-terminal 241 nt of human NFKBIA to the C-terminal 704 nt of pig NFKBIA. The nucleotide sequence of the human NFKBIA cDNA fragment corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number BC004983.1. The nucleotide sequence of the pig NFKBIA cDNA fragment corresponds with the Genbank accession number NM_001005150.1. |
