| Further information: | E-hA20 was excised from the pCAGGSEhA20 vector with EcoRI and XhoI, and ligated into the EcoRI-XhoI opened pFB-Neo vector (Stratagene). The plasmid is designed for expression of a dicistronic message encoding human A20 and the Tn5 neomycin resistance gene from the viral 5' MMLV-LTR promoter. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT726818.1. The nucleotide sequence of the retroviral vector pFB-Neo was obtained from the Stratagene website (version 037003), which differs from the nucleotide sequence from the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AF132211.1. The nucleotide sequence of the hA20 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number M59465.1. Other name of the plasmid is pFBneo-E-hA20. |
