Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by introducing an S98A mutation in the human SRSF2 coding sequence of pGEX-6P-3-hSC35(61-115). The plasmid is useful for chemically inducible, high-level expression of a GST-tagged fragment of human SRSF2 in bacterial cells. The GST domain can be separated from the human SRSF2 domain via cleavage with PreScission protease. The fragment of human SRSF2 consists of amino acids 61 up to and including 115 and contains an S98A mutation. The nucleotide sequence of the pGEX-6P-3 vector corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number U78874.1. Other name of the plasmid is pGEX-6P-3-hSC35(61-115), mut S98A. |
