Further information: | The construction of the plasmid is described in Lucidi et al. (2019). This plasmid is a promoter-probe E. coli-Acinetobacter species shuttle vector. Promoter activity in Acinetobacter can be evaluated based on a fast-turnover variant of GFP. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number MK681508.1, except for a missing nucleotide upstream of of the amp promoter, and 4 additional nucleotides downstream of the zeocin resistance gene, corresponding the NGS sequence analysis results. |
