Cloned DNA: Mouse lymphotoxin A (Lta, LT); mature sequence
Escherichia coli modulation repressor
Promoter: -
Ribosome
binding site:
-
Terminator: -
Selection marker: Ampicillin (amp)
Tetracycline (tet)
Replicon: Escherichia coli plasmid pMB1 origin
Host range: Escherichia coli
Parental clone: pBR322
Further information: The plasmid was constructed by inserting the mouse lymphotoxin cDNA (mLT) between the EcoRI and BamHI sites of pBR322.
The lymphotoxin fragment consists of a synthetic sequence of 71 nucleotides (containing an EcoRI site, a start codon, and the sequence encoding the first 22 amino acids of mature lymphotoxin) and the NcoI-AccI and AccI-BamHI fragments of cDNA clones.
Other name of the plasmid is pM7A(mLT).
