| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by inserting the 1289 bp BamHI-SacI fragment from pCAGGS-E-hABIN-2, containing the human A20-binding inhibitor of NF-κB activation 2 (hABIN-2) coding sequence, into the BamHI-SacI opened pSP72 vector, in the antisense orientation relative to the T7 promoter. The hABIN-2 insert is missing the last nine amino acids. The nucleotide sequence of the pSP72 vector was obtained from Genbank (Accession number X65332.2), corresponding to the Promega website (version 12/01/2000). The nucleotide sequence of the hABIN-2 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AJ304866.1. |
