| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by inserting the HindIII fragment of pPLaIVNA, containing the IVNA gene, into the unique HindIII site of pSV23S. This plasmid is similar to pSV23IVNA, but contains the SV40 small t-antigen splicing signal. This plasmid contains the SV40 small t antigen splicing signal. The length and the sequence between the start codon of IVNA and the preceding HindIII site are unknown. Other name of the plasmid is pSV23pNAV7. |
