| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by PCR amplifying a 2130 bp genomic DNA fragment, containing the human ABIN-3 promoter and part of the 5' end of the ABIN-3 cDNA, and ligating it as a BglII-SalI fragment into the BglII-SalI opened pXP2d2 vector. The plasmid contains the SV40 small t-antigen splicing signal. The nucleotide sequence of the P. pyralis LUC cds and 3' UTR correspond with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number M15077.1. Name mentioned in Verstrepen et al. (2008) is pXP2Δ2-promABIN-3. Other name of the plasmid is pXp2d2-promABIN-3. |
