Mammalian cells; SV40 permissive cells
Parental clone: pUC57-FvCASP8-2A-FRBCFLAR; pcDNA3.1/Zeo(+)
Further information: The plasmid was constructed by cloning the human CASP8 and human CFLAR, linked by a 2A autoprocessing peptide, obtained from pUC57-FvCASP8-2A-FRBCFLAR, into the pcDNA3.1/Zeo(+) vector.
The DED domains of the human CASP8 coding sequence were replaced by an artificial dimerization domain (Fv or FKBP). The DED domains of the human CFLAR coding sequence were replaced with an FRB artificial dimerization domain.
Other name of the plasmid is FvCasp82AFRBFLIP pCDNA3zeo.
