| Further information: | pHM6-Cezanne(16-858) is an eukaryotic expression vector for human Cezanne, in frame with a N-terminal HA epitope. As the termination codon of human Cezanne is included, the C-terminal His-tag is not expressed. The Cezanne sequence corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AJ293573 (version SV 1). The parental clone of this vector has been shown to provide resistance to kanamycin, although growth was reduced compared to growth on medium containing ampicillin. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT726930.1. Other name of the plasmid is pHM6-HA-Cez. |
