| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed as follows: the BstXI fragment of pMcT4HTNFm86F (containing the mutated fragment of human TNF) was inserted between the BstXI sites of pSV23SHTNF, replacing the identical wild type fragment. The length of the dG-tail at the 5' UTR site of the human TNF gene is not known. As the 3' UTR of the HTNF gene contains a PstI site, part of the original 3' UTR has been removed .The plasmid contains the SV40 small t antigen splicing signal. |
