| Further information: | As compared to the wt hABIN-1 cDNA, the proline (P) codon at position 299 is replaced by an alanine (A) codon resulting in the loss of an AvaI site, the aspartic acid (D) codon and the phenylalanine (F) codon at positions 472 and 473 are replaced by an asparagine (N) codon and an alanine (A) codon respectively, the isoleucine (I) codon at position 468 contains a silent mutation (atc -> ata) resulting in the loss of a BglII site and the glutamic acid (E) codon at position 470 contains a silent mutation (gag -> gaa) creating an additional Csp45I site. |
