| Further information: | The plasmid was created by cloning the cytK promoter, obtained from B. cereus ATCC 14579 genomic DNA, and the CFPopt gene, obtained from pSW4-CFPopt (Sastalla et al. 2009), into the pCR4-TOPO vector. The plasmid-carrying strain was an intermediate in the construction of the B. cereus reporter strain for CytK toxin expression. The nucleotide sequence of the synthetic CFPopt cds corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number FJ169509.1. Other name of the plasmid is TOPO-CytK-CFPopt. |
