Histidine tag (His-tag); C-terminal
Promoter: Human cytomegalovirus immediate early promoter (CMV-IE); enhancer only
Chicken β-actin/rabbit β-globin hybrid promoter (AG)
Escherichia coli lac operon promoter
Ribosome
binding site:
-
Terminator: Rabbit β-globin polyadenylation signal (β-globin polyA)
Selection marker: Ampicillin (amp)
Replicon: Escherichia coli plasmid pMB1 origin
Host range: Escherichia coli
Mammalian cells
Parental clone: pHLsec
Further information: The plasmid was constructed by cloning the human DRD2 coding sequence, preceded by the PTPRS secretion signal and the SUMOstar tag and followed by an AviTag, into the pHLsec vector.
The N and C-terminal tags can be removed from the encoded protein via a CASP3 cleavage site.
The SUMOstar tag carries the mutations R64T and R71E (Liu et al., 2008).
Other name of the plasmid is pHLSec-SUMO-D2-Avi-His.
