Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by inserting two complementary oligonucleotides, containing a FLAG epitope and a BamHI site, between the filled-in BamHI and HindIII sites of pREP9. pREP9FLAG is an Epstein-Barr Virus-based vector for episomal expression in mammalian cells. It contains the Rous sarcoma virus long terminal repeat for high-level expression of recombinant proteins. The expression cassette is provided with an N-terminal FLAG epitope tag, followed by a BamHI site. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727191.1. |
