Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by introducing an N200Q mutation into the IVNA coding sequence of pSV23IVNAm2, using the site-specific mutagenesis protocol described in Morinaga et al. (1984). This plasmid was constructed to investigate the protective role of N-linked oligosaccharides in the immune response. The IVNA coding sequence contains the following mutations: C42S, D43M, S44A, C78R, silent mutation in codon 79 and N200Q. The nucleotide sequence of wild type IVNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number CY015510.1. Other name of the plasmid is pSV23IVdNAN200. |
