Further information: The plasmid was derived from pSV25S-hTNF-R55 by site-directed mutagenesis of the hTNFR55 cDNA changing amino acid codon 351, located in the death domain (DD), from CTG (Leu) to GCG (Ala) and removing the unique EspI site.
The plasmid contains the SV40 small t-antigen splicing signal.
The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727237.1.
The nucleotide sequence of the hTNFR55 cDNA corresponds with the Genbank accession number M58286.1.
