| Further information: | The plasmid was derived from pSV25S-hTNF-R55 by deleting the membrane-proximal region (codons 200-325) from the hTNFR55 cDNA. As a result the transmembrane region of hTNFR55 is fused to the death domain, 2 extra codons and an second NcoI are created by the ligation. The plasmid contains the SV40 small t-antigen splicing signal. The nucleotide sequence of the hTNFR55 cDNA corresponds with the Genbank accession number M58286.1. |
