Further information: | The plasmid was derived from pSV25S-hTNF-R55 vector by deleting the N-terminal part of the death domain (codons 243-383) of the hTNFR55 cDNA. The plasmid contains the SV40 small t-antigen splicing signal. The mutant protein is named hR55Δ243-383 in Boone et al. (2000). The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727236.1. The hTNFR55 nucleotide sequence bordering the deletion has been analysed at LMBP. The nucleotide sequence of the hTNFR55 cDNA corresponds with the Genbank accession number M58286.1. |
