| Further information: | The plasmid was created by cloning the human CCL7 cDNA into the pVL1393 baculovirus transfer vector. The plasmid is meant for high-level expression of the human CCL7 cDNA under control of the strong AcNPV-PH promoter. The AcNPV-PH fragment does not contain a start codon. The nucleotide sequence of the human CCL7 cds corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number X72308.1. The region immediately downstream of the AcNPV-PH promoter was sequenced by LMBP. Other name of the plasmid is pVL1393 hMCP-3 cl4. |
