Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by cloning the synthetic human MALT1 CRISPR gRNA fragment into the Bbs1 opened pX330 vector. The human MALT1 CRISPR guide RNA was designed using the Church ChopChop tool. The gRNA targets exon 1 of the human MALT1 coding sequence. The S. pyogenes Cas9 coding sequence was codon optimised for expression in human cell lines. Other name of the plasmid is pX330 MALT1 Exon 1 CRISPR CC 2. |
