| Further information: | This Gateway Expression plasmid was constructed by cloning the human RHOA coding sequence from pENTR3C-hRHOA into the pdcDNA-FLAGMyc vector via Gateway LR recombination. The human RHOA coding sequence includes its termination codon. As a result, the C-terminal Myc epitope of the pdcDNA-FLAGMyc vector is not expressed. The nucleotide sequence of the human RHOA coding sequence corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AF498970.1. Other name of the plasmid is pcDNAflagMyc_hRhoA. |
