Further information: | The vector was created by inserting a 542 bp BamHI-HindIII fragment, containing the GALbd cDNA and the HA epitope tag from pAS2-hABIN1FL, into the BamHI-HindIII opened pSilencer3.1-H1hygro vector. The GALbd-HA-epitope cassette was inserted in reverse orientation relative to the H1 promoter. The purpose of this insert is to ease the isolation of the vector part. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727092.1. The nucleotide sequence of the H1 promoter corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number X16612.1. |
