| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by inserting an XbaI-SalI fragment of pATIVNAs, containing the preIVHA and IVHA gene, into the multilinker region of pSV23. To have the gene in the right orientation, pSV23 was digested SalI-PvuI on the one hand and with PvuI-XbaI on the other hand. The plasmid was the result of this three fragment ligation. The nucleotide sequence of the Influenza NA coding sequence corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number CY113183.1. |
