Parental clone: | pCD-F-Bcl10; pCD-F-bio-Ub-K11 |
Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by isolating the human BCL10 coding sequence from pCD-F-Bcl10 as a BamHI/ApaI fragment, and cloning it in frame with the bio-tag of pCD-F-bio-Ub-K11, replacing the mutant ubiquitin coding sequence. The bio-tag is biotinylated by cotransfection with the plasmid pMSCV-F-BirA and can be used for highly efficient purification. The parental clone of this vector has been shown to provide resistance to kanamycin, although growth was reduced compared to growth on medium containing ampicillin. |
